The system consist of two jig boxes /group holder such that ; When one jig box is being processed for casting , the other can be emptied & refilled with group element.
- On loading the group stack in the jig box/group holder, the lug aligner mechanism automatically aliens the stacked element lugs, ensuring no lugs are left disturbed.
- The jig box/ group holder is automatically turned upside down with the stacks, for further process.
- The upside jig box / group holder carries the groups to :
- Lug surface brushing station , where the lugs are cleaned for any dust etc. for proper fluxing
- Fluxing on lug for proper fusion / bonding
- The intercell connections are casted, which are of good quality and good consistency.
- The ready groups are carried back for removal and the second / other jig box is processed for COS operation.

- The robust design and state of art machining center facility enables, the cavities for straps and poles are highly accurate, which in turn saves lead of the esteemed customer
- The moulds are designed in such way that the change -over time is minimal.
- The heating & cooling of mould is well controlled & hence interruptions & rejection like half cast components, blow holes are arrested & rejection is negligible.
