The machine is a batch production type machine delivering superior quality plates to meet the exacting requirements of the battery manufacturing industry. The entire controls of the batch under process is consistently processed under controlled conditions with proper indications.

The process conditions can be programmed on the PLC very easily and an audio visual alarm ensures that abnormal conditions including power failure are highlighted well in time to solicit the appropriate attention.


The PLC has a single 20 x 4 alphanumeric LCM backlit display. It is menu driven with multi page programming and the user friendly menu programming is very flexible requiring very little time to set the process parameters.

The hand held mobile datalogger can be used to receive the data from the machine after the batch has been completed. This data can be transferred to a computer for retrieval as and when required. 



The data can be printed by connecting the datalogger directly without computer interface to a suitable dot matrix printer.
