Special Features:

 

  • Efficient vacuum pick-up feeder with 600 mm long magazine for pasted plates with two separate geared motor drives of 3 ph - 0.5 HP on either side of the vacuum feeder, to align the lug-stack, to match the pick-up & to make-up the non-parallel movement of stack, if any. Stacking width i.e. pasted plate width of double panel Max. 320 mm. Vacuum Pump is of a capacity of 5 HP / 265 milli bar.
  • Six brushing motors 3 ph –0.5 HP for six brushes [Three for Lug Top & Three for Lug Bottom]
