Sequence of Operations:

 

  • Plate Loading: Stack the panels manually onto the Auto Feed station.
  • Plate Feeding: Single plate shuttle feed from manually loaded stack.
  • Panel Lug Brushing: Six brushing motors 3 ph – 0.5 HP for six brushes [Three for Lug Top & Three for Lug Bottom]
  • Panel Parting/Cutting: Plate parting station is suitably designed to cut plates with feet/without feet.
  • Plate Stacking: Plate Stacking station for take-off of Brushed & Parted plates.
  • Unloading: Stacks to be picked up manually

  • Electrical Supply: 415 V AC,3 Phase with Neutral 50Hz
  • Connected Load: 7.5 KW
  • Air Pressure: 4 - 6 Bar
  • Exhaust: Necessary connections from our machines to your central dust collection done by you
